Buying procedure

First, check the four items

1Manufacturer's name

The ones mentioned on the piano body, such as YAMAHA, KAWAI, etc.

2The model

The alphanumeric characters written inside the opened top cover of the piano, such as U1 or BL.

3The serial number

The 5 to 7-digit number located to the right or in the central lower part of the model number.

4The number of pedals

Typically, there are three pedals, but in significantly older models, there might be two pedals.

Pickup consultation

a piano-specialized transportation company will visit your home.
We will responsibly transport your precious piano with careful packaging!

Payment handover

The purchase amount will be handed over directly from our staff at the time of piano pickup.
